It entirely depends on how you study for your exam. We do recommend that you use Dr Jamal's notes just before you start solving question banks. Also, we recommend using Dr Jaml's notes within one week of going to your exam and this will be like a fast refresher.
Go to the "Notes" page, add any product you want to shopping cart and since they are free; you will not be asked for any credit card details. Once you submit your information, you will receive the notes by email immediately.
All of our products are soft copies on pdf files. Hard copies will be more expensive for our USMLE takers
Dr Jamal's notes are made in a way to enhance you remembering the information you read. They are concise and not much extra padding text that will get you lost. If you read them before starting your journey in solving question banks, they will save you time as you go through the questions as you will be answering more correct and spend less time reading the full explanation
The notes are divided into sections but are mixed up within the sections. Those notes focus on the most questionned in USMLE exams and ideas that are more difficult to understand.

We know that there are a lot of resources out there, but we believe in quality and not quantity. USMLE exams are about knowing what you study and trying to understand what examiners need you to know. Our notes are formulated this way and will induce our students to think this way.

Dr Jamal's USMLE step 1 notes are 53 pages.
Dr Jamal's USMLE step 2 CK notes are 93 pages.
Unfortuantely, we haven't created designated step 3 notes. Yet, some of our customers have used Step 2 CK notes for Step 3 review as they are essentially same topics with a bit more of a twist and more into management.
Unfortuantely, we do not have any notes for Step 2CS but Dr Jamal publishes blogs articles every now and then about tips and tricks about the USMLE Step 2cs exam

You should do your best to get high scores in Step 2 CK and Step 3! Improving your CV is another way but still scores are important!
